Bible Study:
SVLC has two Bible Studies; one that meets weekly and one that meets monthly
Weekly:
Every Monday night at 6:30pm – SVLC Library
What a great way to kick off your week! Together we plunge into the bible readings for the upcoming Sunday. The reading assignments come from the Revised Common Lectionary.
Whether you’re totally new to the bible or have been
studying it your whole life, we are open and excited to welcome any and all.
Monthly:
Second Tuesday of every month 10:00am – Church Library
Guided by the ELCA publication Lutheran Women Today, both men and women gather each month to pray,
as well as learn and discuss the selected passage from the ELCA website in order to gain a better
and more complete understanding on a particular book or passage of the Bible.
In the weeks between, participants read, prepare and join the online conversation at the
Lutheran Woman Today Magazine Blog.
